What are Cinderella's regular terms?

Cinderella's standard payment terms are 2% 15 days; Net 30 days from the date of shipment.


Where do I send my payment?

  • Payments by check may be faxed to 989.921.6154 or mailed to Cinderella, Inc., P.O. Box 77000-Dept. 771414, Detroit, MI 48277-1414.



How often do you deliver to me?

  • We now offer a year-round (all-season) Cinderella Truck delivery schedule. Please, click here to locate your area and delivery day(s). Customers located in a particular city are guaranteed delivery on the days designated on the schedule. 

  • However, just because a customer is not scheduled for a delivery on a particular day does not mean Cinderella will not deliver on that day. If you have a need for products on a different day, please let us know what you need and we will do our best to get those products to you before your next scheduled delivery.


Why did I get assessed a fuel surcharge?

  • Due to fuel costs being at an all-time high, Cinderella was forced to institute a modest, one-charge per delivery fuel-surcharge. This is invoiced separately from regular invoices and carries net 30-day terms.


How does your dealer rebate incentive credit program* work?

  • Cinderella offers a rebate program to reward and thank dealers who have purchased from and supported Cinderella in the preceding year and to encourage the timely payment of our dealers' accounts. 

  • If a customer makes qualifying purchases between $100,000 and $200,000, a 1% credit is awarded to the customer's account back to dollar 1. 

  • For purchases between $200,001 and $300,000, a 1.5% credit is awarded to the customer's account back to dollar 1. 

  • For purchases above $300,001, a 2% credit is awarded to the customer's account back to dollar 1. 

  • These credits may be used for merchandise. Receive full details about the program through your sales representative or by visiting our WaveMakers Dealer Program page.
  • No credit is awarded for purchases of Funshine or Sparkle N' Shine, pallets, bottle and case deposits, warranties, returns, and freight

  • To be eligible for credit, dealer must be current throughout the year on all invoices
